Representative Mustapha al-Jabbar, Jumhuriat al-Badara:

With all due respect to differing opinions, we really think the current actions of the Kingdom of Vanaku related to nuclear activity is only significant to the rest of us by pointing to the proposed resolution in the Security Council which raises significant issues for all of us.

One of these issues is whether the words therein promoting nuclear disarmament are sufficiently strong in context that we all should be urging the Security Council to adopt this resolution.

The other issue we see, and there very likely are more of equal significance, is whether the mechanism actually established concerning limitation of the number of nuclear powers really means three of the four nuclear powers will decide if there will be any more allowed by the Security Council. This is our reading and we may certainly be in error.

Image Mr. Georgios Gabropoulos, Jakanian Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
Jakania obviously has a firm interest in this subject given that we have been a driving force behind the initiative to reduce proliferation of nuclear weaponry. Vanuku was included as a "recognised nuclear power" on the basis that they are known to have developed nuclear weaponry, which has been proven pretty conclusively in this particular incident.

While we understand the concern that perhaps this agreement does not go far enough, this is simply not a fair assessment of the situation. If the Resolution were adopted and all members of the World Congress chose to comply with it, that would mean around twenty countries that currently affirm the desire to use nuclear weapons for any reason abandoning this reckless and dangerous commitment. Even if only the countries that are members of the Security Council committed to the treaty, in real terms this would mean three of the world's major nuclear powers abandoning the view that it is legitimate to use nuclear weapons for whatever reason.

Jumhuriat al-Badara Representative Mustapha al-Jabbar:

We appreciate the comments and explanation of the Jakanian Representative; as indicated we are raising issues that concern us about the proposal before the Security Council and the situation it seeks to address. In view of the points made by Representative Gabropoulos, we are very much leaning toward the idea of expressing strong support for this effort and that we should give just that as a body.

(We note that in Ahmadi theology this concept is called progressive revelation).

His Imperial and Royal Highness Prince Yu Xiao, Yingdalan Ambassador to the World Congress
Your Excellencies, we have updated the human rights resolution based on the very helpful comments offered in this Assembly. To address some questions directed at the Grand Union, there are a few options available. One is to list every single vulnerable group in Terra, or simply state "vulnerable groups". It should be further noted that "All peoples" means all people. If there are no further proposals, Yingdala would like to put it up for a vote in the Security Council.

Jumhuriat al-Badara Representative Mustapha al-Jabbar:

We have read the draft of the Human Rights Resolution as revised in the Security Council proceedings and despite our deficit of extensive background knowledge have 2 comments:

1. We read the document to say that there are a number of great aspirations we all share but that this document is not a basis for overturning sovereignty either by the Security Council or any individual nation seeking to independently act to enforce it. Are we correct?

2. Since the issue has been raised of LBGT inclusion as vulnerable people, we believe that category should be specifically included in Item 10 rather than left to interpretation.

We appreciate your indulgence.

Mikelle Myers, Likatonia SC and WC Representative

I would like to inform the World Congress of the cliams Keymon has made on the Likatonian Island of Pirland. Pirland has always been part of Likatonia and are shocked that a country would claim a state which has been part of our territory for centuries. My country would like to know if the international community stands with us on this issue.

I present myself as the delegate from Lodamun, alongside fellow comrades. Following internal agreements with the People's Nationalist Guard, a representative was elected on the basis of merit from LCP and will thus resign from LCP and represent the whole Lodamun.

Image Mr. Georgios Gabropoulos, Jakanian Permanent Representative to the World Congress:
Jakania stands strongly in support of the national sovereignty of Likatonia. Keymon's close association to the waning imperialist powers of Kazulia and Lourenne is clearly ideologically motivated, for all of these countries share a commitment to expansionism. The Jakanian delegation will bring the matter before the Security Council.

We concur with the Jakanian delegation. The exploitative nature of the capitalist imperialist nations showing it's true colors can be easily seen. These nations are exactly what the globalist neoliberal system offers us: power hungry, money driven shills stealing resources from other nations in order to maintain their chumming economies who in terms benefit the officials and the big business, and not the people, who are put through hard times for the interests of the few.
