Hobrazia Regime Change sparks hope of Peace talks; Channese forces halt operations in preparation

STORMERETI BASE - Chann Imperial forces have been ordered to halt all operations and to secure the occupied provinces of Kidurari, Stormereti, and Deltaria in preparation for peace talks.

Hobrazia has recently ousted its warhawk leadership and the Logarchic Philosophical Front is in control and initiated peace negotiations.

The war was started when Hobrazian forces under the directive of conservative leadership attacked Kafuristan in an attempt to gain control of one of Majatra's largest oil supplies.

Hobrazian Prime Minister to travel to Stormereti Base for Talks

MUZAL K’ALAK’I - Prime Minister Reziko Teimuraz has organised for transport into the occupied regions of Hobrazia in an attempt to make amends with the Chann delegation. Hobrazian troops have been moved back to major cities in preparation for demobilisation, and Mr. Teimuraz has released a press report on his decision to make peace.

"For the last decade and more, the warmongering forces controlling our nation have disregarded the will of the people, disregarded the right for Channese and Hobrazian people to live, and disregarded the fact that war will only bring bloodshed. Our aim is to act as rational human beings and show the ways in which Hobrazia will move forward."

The LPF-controlled House of the Commons has set aside a minute of silence for the victims of the conflict on both sides, to occur on the 5th of October during the parliamentary sitting.

Members of the Conservative Union Party, the successor of the Conservative Party of Hobrazia, are reported to be unhappy about the recent peace talks.

Hobrazian Prime Minister says War is now Over

The RT honourable Prime minister Andrew Johnston has stated "I am delighted to Announce that this war is now over. Our troops will be withdrawn and our police force will be on high alert to keep public order in this time to prevent unneeded difficulties. Let's move on in the light rather than sneaking in the shadows. Hobrazia is a country of vision and pride. With that comes a strong government to provide our citizens with a strong future. We have achieved this because we are the Conservative Unionists and unlike the LPF, we care about our people and want what the people want. Thank you, that concludes the interview."

The PM spent over 40 minutes in a press conference on this subject and has given details on the whole war. He announce that over 19,100 Hobrazian soldiers have been killed and lost in action. This figure is large however the PM stated "We are lucky it wasn't a higher figure"
