Esteemed colleagues. North Dovani hereby proposes a addition to the founding document of our Pact, to further the intergration of our continent and organization and to ensure that were grow together, as one Dovanian people, and stand against outside imperialism and tyranny. As proposed by our foreign secretary earlier, we propose to add point 1.3 to Article 7 which will read as follows:

1.3) Full members of the Dovani Pact will standardize regulations regarding commerce originating from outside of the Pact as well as enact a common external tarrif rate toward those nations

As the seat for Utembo has been vacant since the beginning of the civil war in 5314, we humbly request the Utemban Democratic Republic be submitted as the rightful and legitimate representative of all Utembo to this honorable pact.

Comrade representatives, recognizing that events in Utembo have left our brother nation's seat in this body vacant and the need to fill this vacancy with representatives of the people of Utembo, and recognizing both the compared human rights records of the two states claiming legitimacy in Utembo as well as the sole effort by the Utemban Democratic Republic to represent the Utemban people in this body, the KU motions to recognize the UDR as the legitimate representative of Utembo in the Dovani Pact.

We would not be supportive of seating anyone in the current situation of a civil war in Utembo. The crisis generates a lot of controversy regarding the seat. We vote NO on the proposal.
