The Republic of Kurageri would like to apply for a grant from the Dovani Development Fund (Res 1 of the Dovani Assembly). We ask for a 1.632 billion LOD grant (distributed over 5 years) to be used on the following projects which are aimed at infrastructural upgrades.

- modernisation and expansion of the Ports of Kura and repairing our main road networks (est. 685 million LOD)
- the construction of several public buildings and technological upgrades of several existing government departments. (432 million LOD)
- support for a micro lending scheme targeted at assisting small scale farmers to mechanise production. (319 million LOD)

We promise on our part to:

- continue efforts against public and private sector corruption in the country.
- begin on the path to joining the DP within the next decade.
- allow Fund inspectors to scrutinise spending of the grant.
- endeavour to enable freer trade with members of the Dovani Pact.

Dovanian comrades, seeing as it is among the core duties of this organization and its sub-organs to support the domestic development of eastern nations, for the reasons of empowering Dovani and her people and securing the independence of our continent from western capital; and hearing the request from our Kuragao brothers, the Liori delegations puts to a vote the following resolution approving the disbursement of funds from the Dovani Development Fund to the government of Kurageri.

While it has been sometime since the Grand Duchy of Ostland has appointed a Permanent Representative to the Dovani Pact, largely filed in the interim by appointees of the Foreign Minister, I have recently been appointed by the Grand Duke and current government to serve as the new Permanent Representative to the Dovani Pact. While it comes as little surprise to me, Ostland is yet again faced with a crisis caused by a radical government in Hulstria. An incredible influx of both Hulstrian and Kunihito refugees have found themselves attempting to claim asylum in Ostland, for a second time. We approach the Dovani Pact as a whole and ask: How are we going to respond to yet another genocidal, radical government in Hulstria and Gao-Soto?

The government of Bianjie calls for the fellow member states of Dovani Pact to support the Muduri University for Academical Talents in Arts
We ask for promotion of your cultures by sending any of your artists, scholars and cultural influencers to help with aiding the future students, as well as promotion of MUATA for the exceptionally talented individuals in all forms of art. The Government of Bianjie will cover costs for travel as well as house foreign nationals and provide means for acquiring free of charge meals for all students and workers in the facility. The facilities are estimated to be completed in March of 4924.
The Muduri University for Academical Talents in Arts will be completely non-profit and will only thrive to educate people as well as to produce more works of art into Terra. This is the time for the Dovanian nations to shine internationally with our cultural works, as well as make great progress academically, both for all of Terra and Dovani respectively. So we are asking for any support and improvements we can get from the Dovani Pact for the facility.
