With one vote in favor and zero against, the motion to admit Suyu Llaqta as a Full Member of the Dovani Pact is approved.

Allow me to be the first to welcome our Llaqtese brothers and sisters to this organization of fraternal nations.

Comrade representatives, our delegation has been approached by representatives of Tropica seeking funds for investment into digital and transport infrastructure projects. Seeing as it is a founding principle of the Dovani Pact to assist the nations of Dovani and the East in developing economically, we put forward the following resolution to request the Dovani Pact Development Bank to provide funding for these Tropican projects.

Dovani Assembly Resolution 06 "Tropica Development Grants"

A1) The Dovani Pact Development Bank (DPDB) provide two tranches of funding to the Tropican government.
A1.1) Representatives from the DPDB shall meet to discuss the outlines and goals of the Tropican projects and determine the amounts of funding to be disbursed.

A2) The purposes of the funding tranches shall be for...
A2.1) ...the development and transformation of Tropican digital infrastructure.
A2.2) ...the constructions of an integrated national highway system.
A2.3) The exact goals and parameters of the provision of funding shall be determined jointly by representatives of the DPDB and the Tropican government.

Ostland would be supportive of such efforts to enhance funding to the Tropica for their development: we vote AYE.

"The people of Utari Mosir have long suffered, notably after a series of wars and conflicts; mostly notably with northern Dovani being thrown into utter chaos. We would question why the Dovani Pact would rush to aid Tropica, a nation that appears to be prosperous on its own with assistance but neglect nations such as Utari Mosir who have to scrap by! With this information and knowledge, the Republic of Utari Mosir must vote NO to this proposal."

Comrade representatives, with a heavy heart I must bring to the floor discussion of the atrocities committed by the regime currently in power in North Dovani, one of our brother nations of the DP. Reports indicate the military regime has frequently executed and 'disappeared' protesters, opponents, and dissidents; including former prime minister Emeka. We are horrified at these reports and saddened that they come from an esteemed member state of the DP.

Until these reports can be thoroughly investigated, we move to indefinitely suspend North Dovani's membership within the DP and to establish an investigative and advisory committee on the situation in North Dovani.

Comrade representatives, we have been approached by our North Dovanian brothers with a request to rejoin our brotherhood of nations. No doubt some of you will have reservations given North Dovani's troubled past, however we see this as a tremendous opportunity to welcome and reintegrate our brothers back into friendly institutions linking the states of Dovani. Therefore, the Kitembo Union motions to admit North Dovani into the Dovani Pact as a Full Member.
