The Government of Kalistan has unanimously approved the ROCC Cola Franchising Treaty.

As per the discussion between Cde. Stuart-Reynolds and Mr. Jordan McLaughlin, ODEN-Kalistan is prepared to purchase a 5% share of ROCC Cola Group, a sum total of 12,763,150 shares. We understand that the price quoted to Cde. Stuart may be outdated, and consequently, we would look for a new quote on this block.

In addition, as we discussed, ODEN-Kalistan will be the sole distributor of all ROCC Cola Products within Kalistan, and requests that ODEN's brand be added somewhere visable on the outside of the cans designated for Kalistani Distribution. ODEN-Kalistan will put in an initial order for 400 Million cases per year to satisfy initial demand. ODEN-Kalistan arrives at this number by determining that each Kalistani citizen will consume about .75 servings a day of ROCC Cola. We may adjust our initial order as demand dictates.
