Public formation of the Shippington Public Management of Investments & Funding

–––––––––
HISTORY
–––––––––
The Shippington Public Management of Investments & Funding was founded through a partnership between the businessman, Adam Klopft and the government of the Shipleyriding Duchy of Luthori.
Through out the year of 4628, Adam Klopft and his friend Jacob Ericsson met with the government of the Shipleyriding Duchy especially the then, Duke Christopher Cameron.
Duke Cameron and Klopft had known each other since before these meetings, as Cameron has been a close friend to the Reichert Family (which Klopft is part of) and who is also a prominent member of the Imperial Citizens Party.
The SPMIF was created on the 12 April 4629, as a semi-private investments company of the Shipleyriding Duchy of Luthori, with its main focus on investing in vital business who are on the verge of bankruptcy, in exchange for control over parts of those businesses. However the company does not limit itself to helping such businesses but also invests in other companies and corporations worldwide, and even sometimes funding has been given to political campaigns. It gained somewhat of an independence through secret negotiations on 6 January 4657 after the dissolution of the New Left Alliance and the absence of their Duke in the Shipleyriding Duchy.
