Notice: Forum-based countries

Based on the discussion of the subject, Moderation has decided to change the formal name of the "Third World" countries to the "forum-based countries" for the purposes of official documentation (like the Game Rules). The change is not substantial and it will not affect role-play but it is an attempt the reflect the changing nature of role-play in these countries and leave it up to players to decide how they want to interact with them. Players are welcome to use whatever term they like to refer to these countries in the context of the game. Let us know if you have any queries and you can continue to leave feedback in the thread if you wish.
