Good evening to everyone. We are live tonight from the beautiful city of Maestriq in the Gaduri Republic. The city has
been preparing for this moment for years. Officials have been building hotels, parks, restaurants, and amenities in the
city to receive the thousands of fans, tourists, and artists coming to the historic tenth edition of the Festival of Musical
Arts in Terra. That last FOMAT edition held in Selucia was won by Gaduridos through the spectacular performance of Los
Angeles Rojos. Today, Los Angeles Rojos are a part of the audience, eagerly waiting to see new artists and listen to
popular songs. As a reminder to members of the audience and to performers, this year's FOMAT winner will be decided
by both an audience vote and a judges vote combined. Songs that are original, non-political, and culturally associated
with the participant nation will be given more points by judges throughout the night.
The Endralophile received little praise from the crowds. According to the judges, the song was too political for the contest.
The song, while it had a great presence of rock, focused too much on the political side of Endralon. On average, the song
ranked in last place among the crowds. Unfortunately, an energetic performance could not save The Endralophiles from
the last position in FOMAT X. 18 of 50 points for Endralon.
Arman Nazeri, who performed in the middle of the festival, presented a great song which ideally represented Aldegar and
their growing interests in music. The song captivated the audiences with its smooth melody, which reminded many of the
rich culture of Aldegar. Although it was an acceptable song with both the audience and the judges, other artists throughout
the night held better performances. 29 out of 50 points for Aldegar.
Utembo once again arrived to FOMAT with an excellent entry. The song was well-received by the judges and more so the
audience. The song reflected the Utembo perfectly and its solo guitar piece was perfectly executed by Lotse Deki. Yet
Lotse Deki found himself in a similar to position to Nazeri. The song fell under the shadow of other artists performing
tonight. 30 out of 50 points for Utembo.
Dolgava once again sent a successful group to FOMAT. Falling Forte's "Angel in Camouflage" impressed the audience. The
duo was able to show the audience the power and rhythm of Dolgavan Pop, which has been on the rise for the past few
years. A successful performance and sitting with the audience put Dolgava at 33 points out of 50.
Both the audience and judges reminded artists that songs sent to FOMAT should not be political. However, Caamir's song
"Home" was able to surpass that and delivered an amazing performance that is sure to be remembered by the judges and
the audience. The powerful, urban piece, which was performed first, automatically set high standards for the rest of the
show. Not only did the song explain segments of Liori culture, but it did it in a way that is sure to be remembered. This
song despite its political standpoint, gave Liore 40 out of 50 points.
Vascania's performance by Bhim and Vati was extremely electrifying. The duo's performance generated loud clapping,
extreme dancing, and echoing cheering. The dynamic duo's performance and choreography impressed the judges and
made the audience dance along with them. This performance was a great representation of Vascania and their culture.
Total points for Vascania. 45 points out of 50.
Rockstar by The Gang showed the audience and judges a piece of Hutori and their excellent choice in music. The Gang
performed a their song Rockstar, which immediately stuck with the audience. Hundreds claimed that the song was
extremely catchy and reflected Hutori as a nation. The song's catchy tunes, its rock n' roll elements, and its lyrics
sat well with the audience. The performance, both loud and full of energy was able to get Hutori 48 out of 50 points.
After hours of amazing performances, the judges with great influence from the audience, were happy to announce that
La Sol was able to give Kalistan the victory in FOMAT X. LA Sol's performance encapsulated Kalistan's culture and it was
the favorite song among the audience. Love Song's tune, beat, lyrics, and overall rhythm worked too well and both the
audience and judges noticed it. Love Song by LA Sol received all 50 points from the audience and is FOMAT's winner.
The Gaduri Republic, the City of Maestriq, and the Federal Institute of the Arts would like to thank everyone for joining
us in the Tenth Edition of the Festival of Musical Arts in Terra. We hope everyone had a great night and we'd like to thank
all of the participants who submitted great songs. Congratulations to La Sol and we will see you all in Kalistan!
