Recognizing that this body has a right to know the intent of actions of its member states with as much forewarning as is prudent, the Kingdom of Dorvik is pleased to announce our intent to conduct Anti-Meddling Patrols 5011, a series of naval exercises and patrols in the Migrant's Pass beginning in January 5011 and extending until June. Our Kingdom has historically arrogated the right to conduct such patrols in the Migrant's Pass to ourselves and ourselves alone - but in this event, in the spirit of regional cooperation, we specifically invite the participation of all parties interested in showing the world that Artania is for Artanians, and that we will not be cowed by Beiteynuese intimidation into accepting a limitation on our right to conduct exercises where international law allows. Will the AU join us in AMPing up the pressure on our would-be Majatran overlords?

We are very honoured to see that the majority of the member states of the Artanian Union are also interested in the prospective of restoring the institutions of the Union. To begin the process, we should study the prospective of reinstating the Artanian Parliament, the legislative branch of this union, and finally, reinstating, thanks to the possible re-instating of the Artanian Parliament, the Artanian Commission.

Luthori proposes that the date of the Election of the Members of the Artanian Parliament (MAP) be in 5420. We would like to know the opinions of the other members for that date.

PRIORITIES OF THE LUTHORIAN PRESIDENCY
The Holy Luthori Empire has outlined its core priorities which will become the principal focus of its candidacy:

1. Cooperation in helping refugees.
2. Cooperation on economic interconnectedness and cooperation by lowering trade barriers and setting collective basic standards
3. Cooperation on Artanian security: No foreign meddling, no continental bullying
4. Cooperation on disaster, poverty and relief aid, preventing the conditions that may lead to disaster.

The tensions between Beiteynu and Dorvik and the Ikradon civil war have shown us what harm can come from not working together. We must stand shoulder to shoulder and make the AU a force to protect our continent. Cooperation on key policy points should be our main concern.
