here), the Artanian Parliament may proceed with formally constituting its affairs.
Having consulted and conversed with each other, the
Bloc for the Artanian Right (the winning party bloc) as decided to appoint: Micheal Hardings as President of the Artanian Parliament. We wish them the best in their endevours as they steer the work of this parliament during their upcoming term.
On the agenda for the Artanian Parliament before matters are handed over to the President of the Parliament:-
1. Confirm the appointment of the President and Vice-President of the Artanian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).
The Artanian Infrastructure Investment Bank is the AU's principal development financing institution. In accordance with its founding mandate, it is responsible for providing technical assistance and advice and well as funding for projects which will bring about a complete transformation of the Artanian continent via holistic development.
Dr. Jamie MacDonald - Nominee for President of the Artanian Infrastructure Investment Bank
Dr. Jamie MacDonald is a career banker, having within numerous financial institutions (both regional and international) for over 15 years. During that time he held numerous positions including Chief Financial Officer and Chief Economist of Royal Bank of Rutania. Dr. MacDonald holds a PhD in Financial Economics from Imperial College Fort William in Luthori and graduated with a Masters in Developmental Economics from the University of Dunblane. Regionally, he has acted as an adviser for numerous regional institutions and was a Senior Economic Policy Analyst for the World Congress.
Eric Gräbner - Nominee for Vice-President of the Artanian Infrastructure Investment Bank
Eric Gräbner attended the University of Dunberg for both his undergraduate studies and his Masters degree in economics. He has a wealth of experience in the finance sector, having served as a special economic advisor to the Prime Minister of Dundorf and as an assistant minister for international affairs in the nation's Finance Ministry. He has served in advisory roles in several private-sector firms, primarily focused on economic development and government relations.
Members are encouraged to present their questions to the nominees, and they will be answered in return. Upon completion of the process, a vote shall be taken and the nominations either approved or denied.
