Following a continious refusal by our Beiteynese partners to react in a constructive manner to our concerns, the Imperial government has decided that Deltaria will withdraw its participation from the CMRF entirely for the foreseeable future. All Deltarian military assets assigned to CMRF forces will be withdrawn and put back under Deltarian home command. We will also suspend all our diplomatic efforts surrounding the CMRF and will continue to be a voice of strong oppossition to Beiteynese policies to invite Artanian nations to defend our continent, even as we are perfectly capable of defending it ourselves.

In light of the expected involvement of Fort William in efforts to construct a naval base in Badara, and Deltaria's growing worry over the defense of entry into the Majatran Sea, Deltaria will be constructing a new naval base on Aleksići Island and will be assigning its home fleet towards permanent patrols in the Majatran Sea. Let us be clear that the Imperial government seeks nothing more then a Majatra defended by Majatrans. We are gratefull that our Badaran colleagues are willing to step in for the benefit of Majatran defense. We do hope however that they arent being played by Beiteynu for their own goals. Goals that we believe to be unclear.

If Beiteynu seeks a Majatran continent filled with Artanian warships and naval bases, maybe it should consider joining JASA and become one with their Artanian brothers.

Mr. Brkić, you have yet to present evidence and facts to substantiate your security concerns. Your decision to abandon the CMRF and jeopardise security speaks volumes to the lack of validity of your security concerns for the CMRF. Respectfully, sir, Beiteynu is not interested in a "collision course" with Deltaria.

On behalf of the Republic of Badara, with the backing of Yishelem, I announce Admiral Anwar el-Yamin to be the next Admiral Commanding of the CMRF. Having led the 2nd navy of the Republic of Badara in joint exercises with Beiteynu and Lourenne, the grandson of the Civil War hero has proved his ability to lead the CMRF in defending the seas of Majatra from any threats - no matter where they may arise.

It is with great humility I assume this role, and not without knowledge of the work needed to guarantee peace and stability. My grandfather fought bravely for our Republic, he suffered and lost and grieved; and yet he knew he did not fight alone. From Beiteynu, from Kundrati, from volunteer forces assembled throughout Majatra, he was reminded he was not alone - Badara was not alone.

Some may wish a future where we all bear it alone, each islands unto ourselves. But Badara is proof that when you do not stand alone - that when you stand united with allies, and neighbors, and friends - anything is possible.

I promise to honor my grandfather's legacy of unity, of peace, and of progress.

The Grand Empire will not vote on this matter, as we wont vote on any future matter within the MSCO. Deltaria hereby announces that it will file the necessary paperwork to leave the MSCO and all its structures and will henceforth declare its absolute neutrality. Deltaria feels as if our security concerns can be better handled through a position of neutrality and that it allows us to do whats best for both Deltarians and Majatrans alike. We thank our partners for the fruitfull cooperation within the MSCO and for their continued support of our newly declared neutrality

It is the Republic of Badara's belief that a more established emergency response protocol is in order. Instead of a chaotic bid for help from others, we need a system that allows for a designated responder within response zones.

Therefore we propose the Emergency Response Zones (ERZ) sytem.

There will be three response zones, light blue for Beiteynu, purple for Istalia, and green for Badara.
