The Republic of Badara is officially calling on its allies in the MSCO for intervention in the ongoing conflict within the country. The rebels have taken Siwanyet, and have come close to uniting their northern and southern forces. The city of al-Burqiyaa remains under siege, as it has been for nearly two years now. It seems inevitable that the rebels will soon lay siege to Misul, Disuyana and Bab-al-Mira, as well as the port cities of Medaft and Abu Yacub. The situation is dire, and the island of Nashwa is at risk of falling to the rebels.

Any assistance our allies can offer will be greatly appreciated.

Since R004/MSCC will have the provision removed we objected to, we will vote for the resolution. We are convinced that the new rationale advanced for CSG 3 is sound.

As far as the new Naval Group likely to be designated E - NG, there is a problem it could be addressing. News reports suggest Jaysh is growing largely because of foreigners arriving to join them. Assuming there is some truth in these reports, they did not arrive by air nor with passports to go through customs. They most likely are arriving by boat.

Deltarska Republika will honor its treaty obligation of mutual defense to Jumhuriat al-Badara as a member of MSCO since it has asked us to do so. Our Joint Command Staff will coordinate with the the Military Command of Jumhuriat al-Badara.

We will be elevating awareness and patrols in the Migrant's Pass, as a result of the crises in Ikradon and Dorvik, as well as the noticeable lack of Artanian cooperation in what the Ministry of Foreign Affair's Medinat Department has cited as a "power scrambling" with our northern neighbours.

Following-up on the increase of military presence with MP-NG, we will be increasing awareness, security and patrols with the E-NG. This is a time that our continent needs to cast aside its differences and cooperate towards regional security. We cannot have Badara fall and tumble like Kafuristan.

It is also imperative we show the world what cooperation and equal leadership look like, in a continent.

Badara is now calling for the formation of a coalition under the MSCO to recapture the island of Nashwa. These terrorists have wrecked havoc on the southern island, and they must be brought to justice. After the recent coup attempt, the government is now urgently requesting the intention of all willing nations in Majatra, and any others in the international community.

Want to mention two things. First we support honoring the request of Jumhuriat al-Badara. We have three brigades, 4 aircraft squadrons and a naval task group in Nashwa at present serving under Badaran military command. We can do more.

Second, on behalf of the Admiral Commanding the Collective Marine Response Force (CMRF), we propose action be taken to interdict the unchecked reinforcement of the Ahmadi State in Badara (ASiB) so that even though it is likely at least every Israi on Terra seeking to eviscerate infidels is already there, we can stop the further reinforcement of ASiB on Nashwa or for that matter, Mu'tassim. If we can do that we can start to commence to begin eradicating a quantifiable number of insurgents rather than a number that is constantly increasing.

How? The CMRF's Eastern Naval Group (E-NG) and Majatran Sea Naval Group (MS - NG) can patrol in that area seeking the boat routes used by Jaysh with such patrols coordinated by CMRF with our Anti Submarine Warfare Command's long range aircraft's patrols together with several other groups our Admiralty has contacted including 2 ships in the Kundrati naval contingent in Badara, the Deltarian Navy's Task Group 50.5 currently in Abu Yacub, the Beiteyneuse military satellite reconnaissance system and the Beiteyneuse Carrier Strike Force assisting the Government of Jumhuriat al-Badara.

It is our understanding the Secretary General, in the wake of the Badaran request for help, has given his go ahead but it is not too late to express opposition.

Every reason to believe we will find them. And have the means to destroy them. It would be nice to catch a flotilla on the way but realistically what this may do is interdict and make immpossible further feinforceent without actually catching very many of them. So be it.

Deltaria has the full confidence of Beiteynu. We will follow your lead. Should the representative also wish to return back to the helm as Secretary-General, we would absolutely welcome that as well; it might also seem prudent considering the focus of efforts in Badara.

We do appreciate the confidence in us expressed by the Secretary General. In this instance we believe the MSCO should grapple with the Badaran Civil war and the Migrant's Pass imbroglio before considering changing leadership.

With respect to Migrant's Pass we would make three comments. First we recognize that Malivia, Beiteynu, Seleucia, Pontesi and Narikaton/Darnussia have a special interest in it because it fronts on their shores. We also recognize it is a very important part of maritime commerce for most of unisolated Terra.

Second, the MSCO's Migrant's Pass Naval Group is present to deter and combat piracy although its origins are more complicated.

Third, it seems the interest of everybody is preventing piracy and keeping a major maritime waterway open. Surely we can calmly talk about who is going to do it and arrive at a satisfactory agreement.

We'd like to call the attention of fellow member states towards the actions displayed by independent Artanian nations in the Migrant's Pass. The Dorvish have historically not cooperated with anyone - fellow Artanians included - and it seems they will continue in the same spirit.

Majatra and the MSCO have been challenged by the lack of a collective security framework from Artania; meaning rogue nations will continue to conduct military operations in a region of vital importance to our continent, as they please, which in turn jeopardises the security of our continent.

The Beiteynuese Government will consider issuing an Azhara to Dorvish naval forces in attempting to deter this behaviour against Majatra.

How long are we going to allow the Dorvish and Artania to contest our collective efforts?
