Beiteynu would be happy to host a satellite office for the CMRF in the Himmelshtern Beacon of Hope in the northwest. It is a major point of Beiteynuese naval operations, including a primary docking station for MSCO forces traversing the region.

On headquarters, we agree with the Secretary-General on the proposed locations.

The Governmeant of Barmenistan has graciously agreed for the CMRF Headquarters to be built in Barmenistan. The Headquarters will be an intelligence and communications center receiving reports from the Allink satellite system, patrol reports from Naval Groups of naval vessels and aircraft, radar information from member nations, and antisubmarine reports from ASW Command.

Site acquisition, construction and hiring are beginning.

MAEW production can begin in about 4 months. Orders may be placed with the Office of the Secretary General by MSCO members notifying him at the MSCC. MSCO members may also in like manner be licensed to produce the MAEW by MSCO, Radnik Technologies and Biraero with assistance setting up provided.

Greetings, esteemed colleagues,

It is with great humility that I accept the honor that is the office of Secretary-General. I hope to honor the mission and charter of the MSCO in this position, and will work tirelessly with other nations in Majatra to ensure peace and prosperity.

Until such time as my official confirmation by the Badaran Council of Representatives, I will officially be acting in an interim capacity, but the Council seems set to overwhelmingly confirm my nomination.

Mx. Mahmoud Masri, welcome to the council, we wish you a fruitful term. The Homeland State of Beiteynu stands ready to serve the new Secretary-General. We also continue to support CMRF leadership by Deltaria and are glad the newly developed MAEW is put to good use.

Beiteynu will continue to diminish its naval deployments abroad, without of course jeopardising our responsibilities with the CMRF's naval groups or risking the confidence the continent has placed in us for its security thus far.

Our Zaar Fleet in Istalia will be recalled, in the near future, as well; however, our Canrillaise friends will continue to remain alert.
