The Majatran Security Cooperation Council,

IN RECOGNISING the necessity to ensure stability and security across the continent and

IN FURTHER RECOGNISING that the Collective Majatran Response Force (CMRF) plays a pivotal role to that end,

CALLS for the formation of a permanent Maritime Security Group 1 to conduct patrols and take active measures in combating piracy and illegal maritime activity in the Majatran Sea, comprised of naval forces of member states of the MSCO and

FURTHER CALLS for the formation of an additional permanent Maritime Security Group 2 to operate in the same manner as MSG 1 in the Migrant's Pass, comprised of naval forces of member states of the MSCO,

UNDERSTANDING that the Secretary-General can disband these formations without requiring the passage of a repealing resolution by the MSCC and

ACKNOWLEDGING that member states of the MSCO can choose not to partake in these formations at any time.

IN RECOGNISING the danger posed by terrorism to the wider security and stability of the continent of Majatra and

FURTHER RECOGNISING the previous history and recent events of Ordosocialism, especially in Malivia, Beiteynu, Kundrati and the continent of Seleya,

CALLS for the declaration of Ordosocialism as a terrorist ideology and those affiliated with it as terrorists or affiliated with terrorists and

UNDERSTANDS that member states of the MSCO associated with Ordosocialism are as such deemed as terrorists or affiliated with terrorism,

MANDATES the CMRF to pursue, apprehend and even attack such entities without prejudice and

BANS any member states associated with Ordosocialism from participating in the MSCO.

UNDERSTANDING that this formation falls under the same provisos as defined in R001.

DISBANDING THE CMRF

REPEALS Resolutions #001, #002 and #003 and

DISBANDS the Collective Majatran Response Force (CMRF), the MSCO's permanent military unit.

ESTABLISHING EMERGENCY RESPONSE ZONES (ERZ)

IN RECOGNISING Badara's prior mandate of Emergency Response Zones (ERZ);

DELEGATES security monitoring to these zones and

FORMS the Western ERZ (WERZ) with the MSCO's satellite station in Beiteynu,

ESTABLISHING that the WERZ works and coordinates with Artanian states in the Migrant's Pass via the JAMS Agreement,

FORMS the Southern ERZ (SERZ) with the MSCO's satellite station in Deltaria and

FORMS the Northern ERZ (NERZ) with the MSCO's satellite station in Badara.

BARRING KUNRATIJAN FORCES FROM MAJATRA

BARS Kundratijan military forces from entering or passing through or in close proximity of Majatra,

NO LONGER CONSIDERS Kundrati as a ratifier of the JAMS Agreement and

CALLS for member states of the MSCO and ratifiers of JAMS to immediately deter and attack Kundratijan military forces violating this mandate.
