The tick fix has not generated any proposal quota for me, it remains on 0 after my recent bills despite it being 8 game months since I started vote on last proposal and Luthori being set at 10 a year
I’m assuming we just miss out or is there something that can be done?

We cant give quotas and the tick only restarted a few hours ago, see if it populates.

It appears that quota's are being properly dispensed again. Please notify me if you have any more issues.
