Of course, I could try incorporating more Thai and Vietnamese elements into Indrala, slowly making it more multicultural.

I think Hutori might be a legitimate target, since as they inherited their Englishness from their time as a Luthori colony, we could have reasonable grounds for starting a 'revival' of the 'traditional culture'.

I sure would like for Talmoria to go back to being a nation dominated by Asli people instead of what it is now.

I was also quite surprised to see Zongxian turn Talmoria into the Mughal Empire, but if you think about it, there is no nation in Terra that could realistically have an Indian culture. Talmoria is relatively close to Namviet (the Luthori Raj) and to Tamil-speaking Medina, so perhaps a multicultural Talmoria that includes both North India and Sub-Saharan Africa would be the best idea.
