This should have been announced a little while ago, but as some of you will already have noticed, our Wikia Admin Team now consists of CCP, Reddy and SelucianCrusader. Thanks for agreeing to volunteer, guys. And I must say, from what I can see, quite a few things are looking better already there!

Polites has joined the Particracy Wikia Admin Team, where he will work alongside CCP and SelucianCrusader.

Thank you Polites, for volunteering! And thanks again to the team for everything they've done so far.

Particracy Wiki issue

I'm an active user of the Particracy Wiki, but today I noticed something weird. Lots of parties using the Wiki template "Infobox Political Party" are now styled to contain information about a party called the Valruzian Unity Party (example: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Left_Party_of_Keymon). The reason for this is that some user, going by the name David Prydain (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/User:David_Prydain) has managed to edit the actual template, rather than just the infobox on his own party's article. Which means that every single party using that infobox is now called "Valruzian Unity Party".

This is a relatively minor issue, but it's annoying to see the articles of every single party with the infobox ruined by this one person's edits. I have tried reverting his edits, but I apparently don't have the permission to do so. Besides, after checking the revision history, I see that he apparently spent hours -- and dozens of edits -- working on that infobox. A simple "undo" click from someone in the moderation would be appreciated!

Here's the current template: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Templa ... ical_Party
Here's what it is supposed to look like: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Templa ... did=117171
And here's the edit history: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Templa ... on=history

It needs to be reverted to the version from 4 April 2012 for it to be restored to its correct form. Thanks!

Thanks for spotting that. Template was reverted and is now protected.

The Treaty page of the Wiki (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Treaty) doesn't actually state how a Head of State or Foreign Minster can draft treaties. This would be useful information, as I am a newly-minted Foreign Minster and I have been unable to find the page and/or option that allows me to create treaties. Can the Treaty page be updated to include this information?

Go into the Cabinet Page from the Nation Page; at the bottom there's a link saying 'Ministers can perform their executive actions here'. Click that link and one of the options for Foreign Minister is to draft a treaty.

Thank you very much jamescfm, that was certainly hidden.

No worries! I added it to the Treaty wiki page (in a rather elementary manner, mind).

Are there any plans to update this section? Sorry if there are, I've just got a lot of time on my hands at the moment and not a lot to do with it  In the meantime, I'm fixing up all the redirects for the little [?] on the nation page.

With the close of the Cultural Era, CCP is stepping down as a Particracy Wikia Admin. Although he was only in post for a relatively short time, CCP did some really tremendous stuff - from what I can see, the whole thing looks quite transformed, in some ways. So massive thanks to you, CCP.

jamescfm has been appointed to to the Particracy Wikia Admin Team, where he will join Warlock/SelucianCrusader and Polites. He's done a lot of work on the Wikia already, and I've doubt he'll make a great addition. Please feel free to pester him (along with the other Admins) with all of your Wikia questions :).

Hey, quick question regarding the wiki. Pages are free to be edited by anyone residing in the nation right? We do not need to seek approval of other players to edit the wiki?

I wanted clarification if this had changed or was a new policy of the Moderation team or the Wiki team.

Edit: I also think it goes without saying that the information edited is pertinent and relevant to the topic.
