I did, but which way does it go? There are 2 corresponding numbers for each matchup.

Out of the columns and rows, which one tells my currency's value in another country, and which one tells another country's currency value in mine.

Does 1.23 DDO make 1 BEL, or does 1.23 BEL make 1 DDO?
Does 0.81 DDO make 1 BEL, or does 0.81BEL make 1 DDO?
