Excellent.
I had once a RP idea of having off-shore company register that is both ic/ooc secret and parties in offshore country operating as those legal entities in name of player in question.

Example:
1. My party leader wants to have a secret company to represent himself.
2. I go to player of off-shore nation and request him to add Party Investments to corporate register as registered in name of party leader
3. I send him ic/ooc secret messages to post messages (like participation in public/private partnership in building a huge pay-road, etc) on my national news channel in name of Party Investments.
4. My party then reacts as if we dont know who the owner/investor is :)
