It'd be Luthorish, Russians don't speak Russia.

Luthori has long been used as both a noun and an adjective.

Now that I think of it, could indeed be Luthori. However, I'd prefer Terran seeing as Luthori would likely be a dialect of the larger picture.

Malivia - Bahasa Malivia - Bahasa Indonesia(/Malaysia/Brunei) (although there are no cultural protocols to confirm this).

Two side-notes: I really don't think we should call Latin "Terran". It's never been that big of a language in Terra. If one language should be called "Terran" (although I'd be against it, there's no language called "Earthish" or so), it should be English, or, if you want to have an ancient language from which it has evolved, Germanic.
Also, if there's a language that is the substitute for German, it shouldn't be Dorvisch, but Dundorfian/Dundorfisch/Dundorfsch/Dundörfisch/whatever, as it has been the longest existing "German" country in particracy.

(btw. Kazulian - Kazulianisk - Scandinavian mixture (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Icelandic)

Edit: Forget what I said about Terran not being English, I just reread your first post, sorry. However, Ancient Terran then shouldn't be Latin, but Germanic.
Eines Tages traf Karl der Große eine alte Frau.
"Guten Tag, alte Frau", sagte Karl der Große.

Well, Dorvisch is the dialect of Dundorf, but it uses German the same was as Dundorfian does.

Ah, I see. No problem there then, I guess.

I see your point, as in Austrians speak German, not Austrian but for ease of access and different cultural flavoring we'll keep it separate.

Indralan - Yingyu - Mandarin Chinese with traditional characters. No cultural protocols here either, but Indrala has been Particracy's China for quite some time.

There is already the Selucian language, which is the same as Latin, and yes, it has never been a major language in Particracy.

Realized I should probably include this from way back when I established a culture for Tukarali:

Modern Tukarese - Tukarês - Portuguese

Old Tukarese - ??? - Filipino/Indonesian

Additionally there are the languages of the minorities of Tukarali:

Panmuan - Panmuan - Mongolian (Mandarin was originally used by myself; though over the past hundred years or so it changed)

Currently it seems that Panmuan is the only language being used in Tukarali by the few that seem to sorta recognize the nation has a culture and history.
