What is the relationship between real-world and Terran international law?

Gravity, physics, etc.

I guess this applies to laws of math and rules of English which are also the same in Terra...

As far as I know, there are no correlations except the adoption of several societal norms that are similar such as diplomatic immunity, LOAC, etc. Unless they are treaties in game, just because it may be international law in the real world does not mean it is law in Terra.

That's why I am trying to create an international organization to serve as some type of forum/archive to establish some sort of international precedents/records about world affairs.

I created a UN type organization a while back and it worked ok for a while but like everything in his game, it eventually faded away. But aside from basic principles, nothing has been formalized.

Oh yes. The biggest bureaucratic con in the history of Terra. I remember that quite vividly. My "UN type organization" was much more practical, though. :)

edit; only thing that hasn't faded is the IML or the monarchists in general

what happened to Axis?

A political game without bureaucracy? Come on ;)

The Axis is probably dead in RP. I'm open to discussing another defense organization like the Axis or NATO if someone wants to work on that. Someone else would have to run it because I don't have time for that though. It would make for some fun RP especially if we could have at least two big defense organizations.

Aaah...you can't run it, but you can provide all the bureaucratic wonders!

I'm insulted you didn't include the GPO.

Not a NATOvsAxisvsGPO again.
