Yeah we discussed it in IRC. I really think 15% as a pretty "hard cap" is a solid benchmark for most cases: anything higher would be crippling to the economy if upheld for any long period of time. Not saying it can't (or shouldn't) be done, it just should be RP'd as having the serious consequences that it would have in the real world if it were done.

Definitely. Your economy would be crippled as a result of that level of military spending.
