Issue with creating party wiki

I may be being dumb here, but I would appreciate a bit of guidance. Sometime soon I would like to get around to building a wiki page for my party. The problem is that when I press the "[?]" next to my party name at the top of my party page, I get linked to a wiki page for another party in another nation with the same party name as mine. So how do I go about creating my own wiki party page without editing over the other person's work?
