That's a shame, but not overly surprising for something thats been going for so many years. Thanks for the clarification :) . Is further game development essentially dead then?

Pretty much. I know the mods allowed us to propose laws to be added to the game, but they stopped doing that a while back.

I'm unaware of that happening. From what I've seen, it's just that people aren't proposing new laws anymore.

Didn't Wouter run out of funds or something which is why PT2 got shelved?

One could argue that the mods stopped reviewing them because people stopped posting them. I don't know, it could be either.
