One thing that I wanted to do and this was briefly discussed previously is change the name of the Artanian Union, I believe that it is just so very generic. I wanted to change the name to be the Artanian Confederation, it's something different and it denotes a weakened centralized power with members. What does everyone else think? I think we could keep the same structure but maybe change the name of the ATR to be like the Artanian Confederation Council or the Artanian Parliament.

Unfortunately not, despite the fact that Keymon doesn't belong to a continent in theory it is widely accepted that it is part of Seleya.

Not sure why you would say no to countries interested in membership especially Keymon which is without a continent. It is between both continents.

Fair enough, if you really want in man I've got no real qualms against it. My geography was wronger than I thought. Ratify the treaty and join away my friend.
