What's your feelings on creating a continental wide currency?

I think that would bother most people in the Union quite frankly.

I think a voluntary one would be just fine. Hobrazia would join.

We've RP'd Malivia to be a pretty nativist country and probably wouldn't go for the one currency. That said, we're supposed to have strong ties with Dundorf and would likely follow their lead.

Yeah, I meant a voluntary currency.

I would definitely support a continental currency. The larger it is, the more power it would wield. We should obviously call it Arta (Ā). ;)

I have been met with swift opposition to the Artanian Union in my nation of Kirlawa.

If the laws on the unions were a bit loose I think they would agree (possibly)
That is, if you guys are making a new treaty.

I wish you luck in trying to get Kirlawa into the international stage. With Lucca around, it will be hard and I have no idea why he's always against stuff like this.

He means well, but there were times when I just shook my head at some of the stuff he didn't want to do. Eventually, I got tired of just sitting around and voting "YES" or "NO" and left for greener pastures. If those guys are hankering for RP opportunities, both domestic and abroad, they would wise up and do the same instead of trying to convince someone who will never go for it. Anyway, I've always seen Kirlawa as a nation that is perfect for those who are new to the game and want a place where they can grow into their own.
