Im trying to keep up with the Monarchies situation, especially that of Kanjor.

It used to be House of Villiers et Orléans-Vasser, then it became an Empire of Canrille inc Kanjor and Rildanor.

It was Leopold IV until 3652.

Now, who is the current head of House of Orléans-Vasser who would be king/queen of Rildanor and Kanjor?

Im trying to work out who the other Kanjor player has installed as Philippe I, Roi du Kanjor .

It is up to you, that is sort of the glories of monarchies within PT. You can name them whatever you chose, you can chose a historical name or come up with an entirely new name if you wish. I do not believe the House of Canrille had really any significant ties to any other royal family, it was relatively stable on its own.
