Crusader Kings 2: Particracy

I have no time to contribute to this, but I've enjoyed fantasizing about what a CK2 Particracy mod would be like. The biggest challenges would be representing all the inland republics and partisan elections faithfully. But can you imagine CK2: particracy multiplayer games?

If only there were more than 24 hours in a day . . .

I'd say particracy would be more suited for something liek EU: particracy or Vicky: particracy.
Eines Tages traf Karl der Große eine alte Frau.
"Guten Tag, alte Frau", sagte Karl der Große.

Solche und ähnliche Geschichten erzählt man sich über die Leutseligkeit Karls des Großen.

That would be awesome. Of course, Geopolitical Stimulator MoW would probably be more suited for the actual setting of the game and all the parties etc, but I have nothing against fantasizing a little. :)

Because they simulate deeper government administration?

Sure. But I feel like the characters are what bring particracy to life. Maybe I'm projecting.

Yea, MotW is cool. But only one player per country at most. So it couldn't simulate multiple players and powers within the same country the way CK2 could. In fact, I don't recall any other game that does that.

A nobility simulator set during Europe's crusades era. You need to check it out. I would NOT recommend that you pirate it ;) There's a demo though.

If you get into it and feel like trying out multiplayer, let me know. I bought a copy for someone who never used it, so I have a free copy laying around to give away.

Yes, because of the government administration part (and Vicky even has different parties). But CK2: Particracy would probably be more fun, true.

For anyone who hasn't played it: CK2 will be free to play this weekend on Steam (free download).

I think Democracy is the game which is closest to Particracy but of course, Paradox speaking, EU2 is my personal favourite, I find CK2 OK but it appears to have lost the simple charm of the original one. The AGOT mod is very good though.
