Death Race in Particracy?

Did anyone ever attempt to re-create Death Race in Particracy?
In case you don't know what DR is, Its a modern gladiator game That race on an closed circuit with armored vehicles.
If anyone interested in setting up as an new sport to play.
there two version of the sport the one from the original film (Death Race 2000) where the racers aren't prisoners and race coast to coast.
and the remake where they are prisoners and the races is in 3 stages and with 5 wins walk free.
I was thinking that the Particracy version is set up has an professional sport, where they a team that has two drivers and all the teams races around a number of different circuits in different nations for the World championship/ Team Championship. Collecting points for coming 1st,2nd3rd and any kills you get.
In the off season there could be other races like an continent championship from wherever the drivers come from.
The Prison races could be like the F2 in the Death Race pegging and a pool to recuirt new drivers if teams wish to do so when the prisoners are realised.
So is anyone interested??

And the drivers could be volunteers and know what they getting into.
