Afro brought this up, and I think it's a good idea. Would anyone be willing to review Vorona's wiki? It was based off of the only Cultural Protocol in debate, so I used it since I expected it to be enforced by moderation and because if there were any current cultural protocols that applied, I thought it would make sense for them to be in the debate section rather than hiding among hundreds of past legislation.

All I know is that Vorona is suppose to have Deltarian influences
