It means Purple Movement in Jelbic. Jelbic is a conlang invented by players of the game and has no real life equivalent besides being based on a Eurasian/Central Asian steppe culture.

You could help people by putting the translation on your page. Otherwise it's hard. This language is not on Google Translate.

While I agree with offering a translation in a real language I would urge you to study the Jelbic language and culture as well. Jelbania has a completely fictional culture. Your character shouting that Jelbic names are impossible to pronounce would probably not sit well with people in a nation where 9 in 10 people have a name like that. I know Jelbic looks terribly complicated right now but look into it! It's pretty cool. Take it from a former sceptic!

EDIT: On the Wikia and (I believe) the nation page for Jelbania you can find Jelbic dictionaries by the way.
