Looks correct to me.

Hi. I'm currently in Hawu Mumenhes, and I'm renaming the nation. However, I have no idea what I'm doing in terms of the language. I want to rename it "The Hyperion Subsidiary State Hawu Mumenhes". I don't think it'll translate very well, but if so how would I write it? And if not what else could I use to state that it's being taken over by a corporation?

I'm the head of state for Kalopia and was going to change the name from it's previously Revolutionary Socialist past. How do I go about changing that? I was wondering if it could be changed to the 'Kalopian State'. How would I do that?

Hi,

You'll need to pass a bill with a two-thirds majority of the legislature. Simply writing in the bill description something along the lines of 'this bill changes the name of the nation from X to Y' would suffice. Any nation renaming must conform to the rules of the Nation Renaming Guide.
