Seeing that everyone is busy, and I am about to be busy myself, I guess we let this drag out.

Yeah, apologies, all - work has exploded into busy-ness, but should be less nuts soon. I'm ready to proceed with the peace stuff as soon as necessary.
Just a bunch of shit.

Same here, lets do it quickly or wait a bit longer. I am away next week to Greece to see my money at work

Anyways, from the 17th to the 24th I'll be unable to react

Indeed. I am free whenever.

Has it been decided that the outcome will be status quo ante bellum with the Congress of Terra/League of Terran Nations/whatever consisting of every nation with a "security council" type leadership with Vanuku, Luthori, Tigunia, Hutori, Kalistan, and Indrala?

On Pt 1: Indrala, we have finally moved an official abrogation of the war resolution. It has the support of the majority Party as well as the SP, and will pass soon.

On 2: It is unclear as to whether the Majority Party in Kalistan will come along with peace talks. He is old/new and wasn't here for the war.

I'll raise the issue with him.
