In need of Naval Units

Without turning this into a Craigslist ad, Kalistan is looking around for sellers of naval units.

We are looking, primarily for WWII- Vietnam era destroyers, Frigates and subs, in line with our rectification plan found here. We are also looking for the other ships found on that shopping list, but for now, promotion of regional defense is our strategic doctrine, and we are in the acquisition game.

If you have decommissioned naval vessels and would like to make a deal, Kalistan is in the Market. Somethings we would offer: 1) Kalistani Government Paper, though to my knowledge, the Kalistani Ruble is not a universal convertible currency, and any bonds would be denoted in Kalistani Rubles, 2) a good deal on KALNAPECO oil: We are at 3.5 million barrels a day and would sell it at a discount for a period of time, 3) political arrangements, to include making training opportunities available: Kalistan specializes in irregular operations, which can greatly enhance your nation's military. We are flexible on a number of fronts, including trade (Kalistan exports luxury items as well as intoxicants) and diplomacy, and would be happy to discuss all reasonable offers with the ultimate aim of transference of your decommissioned military stockpiles into Kalistani National Control. And we are an equal opportunity purchaser- since we have no enemies currently, there is no reason that we can not trade with you.
