"Book of Bliss"? Why? Quran translates to "the recitation".

Katub I believe translates to "written", so...

Allah translates to God. There's no point in renaming Allah Akim.

"There's no reason for X to require a name different to the one in RL" really applies to all of these.

Considering the amount of lore and usage of these terms it shouldn’t be changed.

You are technically right and I believe that this is the not first time it has been pointed out (to me at least) The process has not been one based exclusively on reason, it was part of a movement to reject the use of names associated with all real-life religions, regardless of the origin of their names. Like Auditor, I think the very robust lore and usage that has developed around the equivalent names makes a change unwelcome and potentially confusing.

At the very least in my opinion Katub should be changed. It would be the easiest to retcon and the name doesn't actually work.

I don't see an official equivalent for Québec, so what about this?

Québec: Lourenne
Québécois: Lourennais

That isn't how real-life equivalent's work. Lourenne has not been played as Quebec to the best of my knowledge, thus this is not appropriate.

Then tell me which nation I can play as Québec? It has to be a french speaking nation located outside of the old continent.

This isn't the place for discussion. You're welcome to comb through the nations and see which might fit your fancy.

Not really. Each Canrillaise nation (Alduria, Kanjor, Lourenne, Rildanor) has gone through some sort of civil war/conflict in its past. There hasn't been a Canrillaise revolution similar to that of the French revolution in PT, but you will find a lot Republican Vs. Monarchist wars, nations switching governments and countries entering unions. I guess ou could call them revolutions, but nothing similar to the scale of the French revolution.
