*bump*

BTW I noticed a few of those are already in there, and there is an issue with Croatian already being there but with a different name ("Zergonese" - which also features, for example, in what is now Endralon's current Nation Description and former Cultural Protocol).

Yeah will get onto this. Seems we missed a few of these.

For now all have been added in correct alpha order I might add. Now it has been mentioned there are duplicates. Are there any expressed opinions as to which ones should be accepted or if we should consider accepting both?

I would be in favour of accepting both as a general rule. It is probably true that the Real-Life Equivalents Index would benefit from being trimmed down to remove those equivalents which are now out-of-date or have become superfluous. Perhaps this is a project Moderation would permit the GRC to undertake?

"Gospel: Annunciation" is pointless. Gospel is from Old English gōdspel (gōd (good) + spel (news)), a calque of the Greek euangélion (good news). There's no reason for it to require a name different to the one in RL.

"Book of Bliss"? Why? Quran translates to "the recitation".

Katub I believe translates to "written", so...

Allah translates to God. There's no point in renaming Allah Akim.

"There's no reason for X to require a name different to the one in RL" really applies to all of these.
