Any friendly nations out there

I am looking for a "friendly" nation where the players actually answer messages and maybe have a forum or something - preferably English speaking - can anyone recommend one?

I don't think any nation has its own forum. We all just use this forum, as the total size of the community is below 300, compared to NationStates or CyberNations who have hundreds of members even in a single alliance or region. Look for a nation with at least 4 parties, maybe. They're likely to have players that would answer messages since they would be interacting among each other more often.

This is good advice, you might also want to check out the International News section . If a nation has a fairly active area there, you can reasonably assume the parties in game are active too. Similarly, have a read through the 'Bills under debate' section when considering which nation to join. The Lonely Nations Thread is the only other recommendation I can offer.

I'd like to say ALL of Particracy's nations are friendly nations...although to paraphrase Orwell, perhaps some are more friendly than others .
