Forum to discuss internal state issues

Is there a way for individual states to discuss internal matters which perhaps aren't suitable for debate as they don't affect the country?

For example a forum to RP internal issues within a political party? It would be news within the state but not something discussed in the political arena of a congress or such like?

In addition it may be that players in a particular state want to discuss such things as a back history and these are issues which should probably only be discussed between players of that nation rather than the whole community. Do people set up "off site" forums for each country or is there somewhere on the official forum where this kind of thing can be done?

International News is generally the place for that. You can find the right thread for you in the National Newspaper Index.

In my experience - countries with a lot of parties tend to focus on the things you mention in their newspapers, while those with only one or a few parties tend to focus more on international RP.
