Term Limits?

One thought that just came to me, would it possible to impose term limits in the game? For example impose term limits on the head of state, head of government or even the cabinet, and if the player didn't change their candidate then moderation would alter it for them, much like if candidates go strongly against cultural protocols. Thoughts?

I guess that would have to be an RP law.

Might be difficult to enforce, players could just slightly alter the name (put a Mr or Mrs in front, for example) or say that it's a different individual with the same name. Nice idea, though, if you can get everybody playing in the country on board.
