Specific RPs deemed to be acceptably realistic were considered, yes, but the decision is the same. If you can provide some links that would be incredibly helpful for a reassessment.

As colonelvesica brought up, Zardugal should not be a regional power. If you were to go through the news articles (which i assumed was the tactic here), one would notice the fact that no military related RP took place. Might it be in the forums or even in-game. Trigunia also should not be a regional power. Once again look through the nation's "newspapers" and go through the in-game bills and there is very little RP where it pertains to the nation's military. The posts done by Auditorri, although helpful, does not constitute Trigunia to be a regional power. Istalia remains contested, it has been militarily inactive and has subdued itself to the narrow corner of "procurement", if procurement constitutes remaining in a sentry position, then Dankuk should be a regional power, but i guess it has something to do with influence too. Finally, I do not believe that Dorvik should be a great power. Military RP within Dorvik stalled in late February, with two military related posts in between From February to now. Most news after late February had been mainly political (party related RP) with the small gumdrops of economic RP and foreign policy RP.

I have no evidence whatsoever to support this position but please, for fucks sake, don't make New Endralon a very strong economy.

And yes some of my RP has been less than amazing however I have improved the quality of my RP substantially from when I was in Klavia
Also to punish an entire nation for some of my shit RP is not a good idea

Okay I have two small aircraft carrier does that change anything?
Also it took us around 5-8 years
Production stalled during the Sørvestland insurgency and restarted when it ended
