Hey, I am just wondering whether I am able to change my nation without having to delete(not inactive) my account.

Yes you can. Simply deactivate your current account, then create a new game account in the country you'd like to change to. If you ever want to return to your original country, simply deactivate your 2nd account, then post a reactivation request for your original account here on the forums. You're only allowed to play in one country at a time, but you can change countries as often as you'd like.
