I am planning to redesign the coat of arms of Hulstria and Gao-Soto. My party is socialist and anti-monarchist.

Beside removing the Red Pheonix from the nation flag, I am trying to alter the coat of arms to reflect the secular, non-monarchist, and socialist principles of society while still reflecting the unity of the Hulstrians and Gao-Sotans.

Do you have any suggestions for a new coat of arms? Does anyone know a software which could help me design a new one?
