The Dovani section of the Global Role-Play Committee has made the decision to update and reorganise the "Third World Information" thread. The previous information thread had become outdated and in the process of updating it, we decided to make some changes to the information it contains. The new thread contains:

• a brief description of the cultural and political background of each nation to aid players in their role-play
• the military and economic ranking of each nation
• an outline of the rules for players wishing to control a former colonial nation
• the player, if there is one, who currently controls the nation

Since information about who controls each nation is now contained in the information thread, the former "Third World Control Register" is redundant, the other function of that thread, as a place to make requests for control of a nation is now provided by the "Third World Control Requests" thread. If there are concerns or queries about this new organisation or about the nation descriptions which have been drafted, please bring them to our attention in this thread. Thanks!
