Resignation from Global Role-Play Committee

Postby jamescfm » Wed Jan 02, 2019 3:08 pm

I am resigning my position on the Global Role-Play Committee, a decision which is the result of two primary factors. First, the Committee is an ineffective body which has largely failed in its intended purpose of promoting role-play within the game. Despite various members of the Committee recognising the issues causing this failure, no real changes have been made and the problems persist. Second, it is apparent from the behaviour and comments of the game's leadership that they have totally lost any interest in Particracy Classic in favour of the new game. It seems futile to continue to invest my time and energy in this project when it will seemingly be shut down within this calendar year.

I pulled back from Discord and these forums for similar reasons, a shame to see you leave this body, I always believed you to have the games best interests at heart.

I'm really sorry to see you go. You did a good job rationalising the colonies' cultures.
