I put it in here because the PTWW planning thread was in general discussion, I think. I thought world events were IG?

That's what I thought too. General Discussion is the most obviously appropriate sub-forum for OOC RP planning.

Yeah I never understand why OOC RP planning was in World Events. General discussion seems like a good place for this

Numerous OOC planning threads can be found in World Events. Always thought this was more for just General discussion of the game not necessarily RP planning.

I don’t think it really matters. Like this isn’t a big deal.

Well, the SP is withdrawing from the RP, and I suspect other Institutionalists in Kalistan will be soon as well, so, I don't know about the future of this RP. It sort of fizzled out, and quite honestly, I've lost my motivation for the RP. So I am out.
