Would like to argue for a promotion for Suyu Llaqta. Over the past year, even if its on and off, i think ive RPed it enough to warant a promotion from underdeveloped and weak at the least

I would second Rogue/Aemar's comment on the NSanians being promoted, at least in terms of Military Rankings. Over the next two years (IG I suppose before the rankings become official) they will have trained not only on field artillery, but combined arms exercises supported by field artillery. They will have enough guns for 2 Battalions of artillery with the option for continued training, and Kalistan will have transferred the technology for them to produce and maintain artillery of their own in country, which means it won't be long before they begin fielding full regiments.

This capacity alone should suggest a significant improvement in their military situation. Especially if they are being trained by Kalistan, who has been promoted to Medium power status. Their military is on its way to professionalization and represents more than just basically a glorified police force.

Suyu LLaqta will remain in its current ranking position. The RP Committee agreed that RP coming out of Syuy, despite it occasionally posted over the course of a year, was not dynamic nor included enough depth to constitute a promotion. We would recommend more dynamic, in-depth posts in the future.

RP that has been posted after the rankings consultation are not included in the assessment of rankings.

With that being said, the RP Committee will also demote Cildania from the proposed ranking to their previous ranking. They will no longer increase.

What is considered a "dynamic" post? Posts in Suyu Llaqta are not different in structure and style from posts ive done in other nations (North Dovani) and that nation did rank up based on those posts. I think its a bit dangerous to stir on so called "dynamic" posts without giving context.
