I R E A L L Y don't wanna come off as a nazi/ethnic nationalist here, but I've been fixin' to RP a supermajority-ethnic Korean nation in PT, and that doesn't exist. I was hoping that I might be able to RP a tiny chunk of Northwestern Mpakoala as an independent Kyo nation based off of North Korea, and not South Korea (which has always been the case for Dankuk). Given that Third World borders and CPs have shifted in the past, would this ever be possible?
