The name of the federal presidential republic will be the Cooperated Islands of Rapa Pile. The turn won't be painless. A short, but brutal civil war will causing the system-changing. The civil war will happening when Nihil Jayatilleka, most powerful man in Rapa Pile, Clerk of the Republic, member of the Triumvirate and leader of the Merchant and Liberal Party failed to keep secret his illegal activities and alliance with different pirate groups.
There will be to sides in the civil war, the Cooperated Islands of Rapa Pile in the Greatpilese Island (western, larger island) and the remaining Golden Republic of Rapa Pile in the Datungu Island (eastern, smaller island).

The Golden Republic of Rapa Pile doesn't held elections because the Clerk of the Republic got emergency powers to lead the country as a dictator because the Pilese participation in Keymonite Civil War. The Clerk of the Republic is Nihil Jayatilleka, the most powerful oligarch in Rapa Pile, the member of the House of Jayatilleka. After his emergency powers, he can control and lead the country without keep secret the clear oligarchy. He know, in 4771, he shouldn't be elected to Clerk of the Republic again, so he had to save his power and oligarchy.

After four years of Jayatilleka's anarcho-capitalist and oligarchic tyranny, one year after the end of the Keymonite War, the people of Rapa Pile rose up against him, the post-war pirates, the urban people, the rural people, everybody had enough from exploitation or dictatorship.
A group of Pilese made the Cooperated Islands of Rapa Pile, in City of Rapa, Rapa Region. The House of Jayatilleka and its allies ran away from the capital, and escaped to City of Datungu, Datungu Region, Rapa Pile's other, smaller island, to the Datungu-Island. The Cooperated Islands of Rapa Pile conquering the whole Greatpilese Island and elect their first leadership. They believes is democracy, federalism and minarchism.
The escaped House of Jayatilleka and the Clerk of the Republic Nihil Jayatilleka represents the Golden Republic of Rapa Pile, the status quo in Datungu. The half of the pirates and some loyal policemen and soldier joined to the former dictator and they want to preserve the status quo.
There is a third group in both islands, the God' Equality (or just Goeq), a group of theocratic-socialist fighters, supported by the Vascanian Empire. They did terrorist attacks in both sides, but they aren't possible winners.

With the Operation: Cleanup, the Cooperated Islands destroy both of its combatants.
The rest of the Pilese people agree with it. In the end of 4776, the Pilese Nation elect the first truly democratic leaders, the President of the Cooperated Islands and the bicameral Meeting of the Cooperated Islands, the House of Burgesses and the Tribunat. The House of Burgesses is the lower house is the group of people who elected by people who have property census, they create the ideas. The Tribunat is the upper house, elected by everyone, it Veto or approving the decisions of House of Burgersses.
