You expect to take a war fleet to invade Keymon past Kalistan without Kalistan saying something about it?

Haha, I assume Kalistan will be involved in something then?

Also Dolgavia would gladly help our ally Keymon in the war to defend Keymon, of course, Yolo would have to agree to this, he might want to take him on by himself which is fine, however my offer still stands to help Keymon!

Dude, I think a massive corporate entity don't care about human rights if the 21% of its profits in danger. So I take the risk that you are the "bad guy".

There may i send some anarchist and socialist militias to Kanjor to defend the regime, roughly around 20-30k soldiers if it is possible.

As a directly neighbouring country, I would think that Seko would inherently be involved to some degree. Here's how I'd see our participation:

(1) We'll accept as many refugees as can flee east. We'll be asking the international community for financial support to this end.
(2) We're pacifistic, and will not formally be taking a side, however:
    (a) We'll likely use a creative interpretation of the constitution to permit our allies to send defensive troops to our southern border (Indrala? Dankuk?) to work in tandem with the Coast Guard. A Sekowan "self-defence force" may be formed during this period;
    (b) Some young Sekowans might join the PRV Expeditionary Force and other left-wing militias. The government will urge citizens against doing so, but take no direct action to stop them;
    (c) During the exodus of royal family, pro-monarchist factions and other dissidents, Seko can be used as an intermediary destination en route to their eventual locations (Hutori and Dolgava);
    (e) If necessary, Sekowan missionaries, aid-workers and medical personnel will attend to injuries on both sides of the conflict (à la Médecins Sans Frontières);
    (f) The sensitive intellectual community of Seko will be deeply affected by the images of warfare, sparking a related art and literary movement in reaffirmation of the country's pacifistic ethics.

I think all these points are great! Just going back to segment E, I think this is probably the most important thing Seko can provide. Humanitarian Aid and a location for pro-monarchists to flee to (Segment C)

I think a number around 10-15k would probably be more reasonable. And I will check in with Alaskancrabpuffs to see if he will accept Lodamun's help.

The PRV would love to host and supply Sekowan radicals if they'd like to join up for the war. If any other disaffected youths across Terra want to fight in Kanjor, Liore would be honored to support and lead the international brigades
